Project Spotlight:
VDOT J45 – with Orders Construction
Racey Engineering is currently providing construction surveying services on these two bridges that are being replaced over Norfolk & Southern Railroad along Route 23 in Lee County. The construction for the two bridge replacements started in the Spring of 2023 and is still in progress.
This project is 330 miles from Racey Engineering's office in Luray, VA. It is also roughly 7 miles from the Kentucky border and 13 miles from the Tennessee border.
