Manie has been a reliable employee since 2007. He currently works in our Construction Surveying Department where he manages our field crew. Manie went to Old Dominion University to earn his degree. He is the most detail oriented employee. On his free time, he enjoys traveling to new places with his family and riding his scooter.

Kathy has been a reliable employee since 2021. She is currently our Administrative Office Assistant. Most of our clients interact with Kathy when calling in for job information and making payments. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, volunteering with the Stanley Fire Department Auxiliary and going to church.

Eddie has been a dedicated employee since 2014. He is currently our Inspector for residential projects. Eddie is also our handy-man around the office. In his free time, he enjoys going to Lake Anna, spending time with his grandchildren, and detailing his vehicles.

Bradley has been a reliable employee since 2019. He is currently on of our Civil Engineers who completes construction designs, conducts feasibility studies, and confirms adherence to construction and safety specifications. Bradley completed his Engineering degree at James Madison University (JMU). In his free time, he enjoys hunting and golfing.

Bekah has been a faithful employee since 2020. She started working here, at Racey Engineering, as a Business Intern, with no long term plans to stay with the company. After a few weeks of interning, she asked to extend her internship through the school year. A year later, just before graduating college, we offered her a Human Resources position and she decided to stay. Bekah has her Bachelors degree and Master's degree from Bridgewater College and has now also taken on the role of Assistant Corporate Secretary in addition to her HR role. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping.

Troy and Sam Cave have both been loyal employees since 2019. These two wonderful employees began here by job shadowing their senior year of high school. After high school, they went off to college (Troy at VT and Sam at UVA), and returned to Racey to complete internships. Both employees have now worked their way up to Engineer I. Troy enjoys hiking and video games on his free time and Sam enjoys watching movies and sports as well as playing video games. Racey is proud to employ this set of twins.
